Drone Inspection for Renewable Energy Plants

We conduct monitoring flights across solar power plants (PV) utilizing drones equipped with high-resolution thermal and multispectral cameras. We identify cell-level hot spots, panel micro-cracks, and efficiency losses caused by dust accumulation and shading with millimeter-level precision, delivering detailed analysis reports for every identified defective panel.

Within wind power plants (WPP), we perform autonomous inspections using high-altitude drones to detect blade micro-cracks, corrosion, lightning strike damages, and signs of mechanical fatigue. We replace traditional inspection methodologies—which are frequently hazardous and costly—by capturing and rapidly processing digital data, ensuring precise diagnostics and efficient predictive maintenance.

We perform detailed analyses of mounting structures within photovoltaic (PV) plants, panel connection points, and mechanical components using high-resolution optical zoom cameras. Loose fasteners, missing bolts, and installation errors are detected early and reported before causing structural damage to the field infrastructure.

We identify energy losses, corona discharges, and insulator cracks along high-voltage transmission lines and within electrical substations utilizing specialized aerial inspection equipment. We develop predictive maintenance reports that support production continuity, complying with energy market standards to prevent unplanned system outages.
